UPDATES! UPDATES! UPDATES! Good morning lovely people! I hope youre all doing well today. I have some things to update you on and a few requests to make, so Id really appreciate your taking the time to read this and reply if what Im asking applies to you. I have the good fortune of having such a wonderful community of folks here on FB that are taking this self-defined and empowered ride with me and your replies are greatly appreciated. So here goes: 1. I am no longer writing for Mommynoire. I chose to move on and there are no hard feelings at all. I am grateful for having been able to cut my teeth as a writer for the site. But I am now focusing my energies elsewhere and wanted to let you all know. So if youve submitted a question to be answered on my Ask Momma Goddess column for the site and it hasnt been answered, I will either answer it here or via email. If I reply here, I will not use your name, maybe just your initials. If I miss, your question, please feel free to inbox it to me again. 2. If you are an African-American woman who has dealt with infertility, I may want to speak with you about a project Im working on. Your identity will remain anonymous. If you are interested in hearing more, please send me an email with a brief description of your fertility challenge to tomikofraserhines@gmail. Please share this with any other African-American women you know who may not follow my page and/or are not on Facebook. 3. I am building my brand as a motivational speaker for the following areas: Infertility, motherhood, natural hair, modeling and womens empowerment. If you were to attend a seminar or workshop, led by me, that highlighted any of the above-mentioned topics, what types of questions would you have for me? What information would you want to be covered? What sub-topics would be of interest to you? Please reply below with your feedback. I am tailoring my presentations to what the masses are asking for regarding these topics and your feedback is greatly appreciated. 4. I posted recently that I have some big news to share and I needed to get everything confirmed before I could do so. Well, I can now share that I will be a featured speaker at this years Essence Festival in New Orleans from July 3rd through July 5th. I am soooooo excited and honored to have been invited to participate in the Beauty of Confidence panel along with a few other amazing women whom Im sure youve heard of. Once I have more details, I will share them with you. Woohooo!! Ok, thats all of my updates for now. Thanks for taking the time to read this post and thanks in advance for your comments/feedback. I am committed to living a life of integrity and aligning myself with opportunities for my brand of truth to be heard. I truly believe that we are all capable of greatness, in spite of our circumstances. I am a living example of that.
