Strays dont enter the high-kill ACC weighing over 10 lbs., already spayed, & (in the words of the ACC staff) a VERY HAPPY AND FRIENDLY CAT! This sweet senior even PURRED through her initial exam! Phoebe entered the ACC with some sort of skin condition: the ACCs guesses range from mange to dermatitis, ectoparasites or ringworm. She also had a wobbly gait, but neither condition should be a death sentence! But the heartless ACC cant be BOTHERED to diagnose, let alone TREAT, poor Phoebes skin issues. Phoebe rubbed her way to a near-perfect AVERAGE behavioral rating. Please scoop up this precious senior kitty & give her the vetting she deserves & the loving forever home of her dreams!
