URGENT PAID CASTING CALL FOR HBO- Beau Bonneau Casting is casting SF Bay Area local extras 18 years & over for "Looking", an HBO dramedy revolving around the lives of 3 gay friends, starring Jonathan Groff, shooting weekdays - 11/8 in SF. There is a constant need for men and women 20s-30s to portray Hipsters, Techies, LGBT Community, Bar Goers, Couples, etc. We are still seeking submissions even if not mentioned below. Friends & Couples encouraged. IMMEDIATELY SEEKING THE FOLLOWING: * Non Union Men & Women 18yrs – 40s: emphasis on Hipster types, but also Hippie/Musician types, Student types & People willing to portray Druggie/Park Homeless types available Thurs. 10/10, Fri. 10/11 or BOTH days to be paid Park Goer Extras at popular SF park, spending day into evening enjoying weekend activities on a weekday and bringing your own day-at-the-park essentials. Shoot days will last 12 up to 14 hours, from approx 8AM-10PM each day. Those avail BOTH days may be placed closer to actors & required both days for continuity; story takes place in 1 day. Friends & Couples encouraged. ** Men 35-40 - Nice looking, Well-dressed men for Featured Extras that work BOTH DAYS Thurs 10/10 & Fri 10/11, no exceptions. Men may be recognizable, but have no speaking lines and are paid min wage if Non Union. A few men will be selected from photos by the Director to appear to be friends with a cast member celebrating birthday at park. Employment/Rates/Props: Must present valid ID for I-9 paperwork on set or you will be turned away and cannot be employed. US Citizens must have U.S. Passport or both a Drivers License with Social Security card or Birth Certificate. Non Citizens must have Permanent Resident/Green Card or Dept. of Homeland Security Work Authorization. Non Union extras get SF min wage $10.55/hr = $84.40 for 8hrs, plus overtime at time & ½, and double time after 12hrs.
