URGENT READ: This information is about President Obama’s secret negotiations to put into effect the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). This partnership will include Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chili, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, United States and Vietnam. From the information that has leaked out so far, it appears that this partnership would establish international guidelines for internet freedom, copyrights, patents, food safety and production, fracking, financial practices, medical pricing, pharmaceuticals, land use, telecommunications, energy, product standards, professional licensing, natural resources, service sector regulations and much more. This would be an enormous intrusion into American sovereignty and Americans’ self determination to an international body, effectively nullifying much of what is required under the United States Constitution. “Obama Secretly Signing Over America To International Rule” “I once thought that Al Gore was the most dangerous politician because he openly wanted to turn the entire US government over to the United Nations in an effort to establish a one world government. I was greatly relieved when Gore lost the 2000 presidential election via the Electoral College vote. At least Gore was open about his intentions, unlike Barack Obama who has been secretly negotiating the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). This partnership will include Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chili, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, United States and Vietnam. And it’s all being done behind closed doors with Congress and the American people outside those doors. As a rule, all trade agreements are brought to the House and Senate where they have time to go through the agreement, make any changes they feel necessary. Then it takes a majority vote of both the House and Senate to pass the trade agreement before sending it to the president to sign. However, in this case, Obama has invoked what is called the ‘trade promotion authority’ which allows Obama to sign the TPP before it goes to Congress. Once signed, Congress will be forced to vote on the TPP within 90 days making any changes to legislation or attaching any amendments to it. This is not setting well many members of Congress, including some Democrats. Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) even proposed legislation that would require the White House to produce the drafts of the TPP to members of Congress, but Obama has refused to comply to turn over any draft copy or information concerning the TPP to any member of Congress. Wyden commented about the situation, saying: “The majority of Congress is being kept in the dark as to the substance of the TPP negotiations, while representatives of U.S. corporations – like Halliburton, Chevron, PHRMA, Comcast, and the Motion Picture Association of America – are being consulted and made privy to details of the agreement.” Back in February, a political watchdog organization, Open the Government sent a letter to Obama strongly criticizing his lack of transparency, which he promised his administration would have, referring to the unprecedented secrecy of such an international trade agreement. Other groups that signed the letter included Project on Government Oversight, ARTICLE 19, and the Global Campaign for Freedom of Expression and Information. Part of the letter read: “Despite the fact the deal may significantly affect the way we live our lives by limiting our public protections, there has been no public access to even the most fundamental draft agreement texts and other documents.” From what little has been learned, the TPP could have an overwhelming impact on almost every facet of American life and business and place it all at the mercy of the other countries involved with the TPP. Lori Wallach and Ben Beachy of Public Citizen’s Global Trade Watch wrote a piece about the TPP in June that appeared in the New York Times. They stated: “[The TPP is] more than just a trade deal. “Only 5 of its 29 chapters cover traditional trade matters, like tariffs or quotas. The others impose parameters on nontrade policies. Existing and future American laws must be altered to conform with these terms, or trade sanctions can be imposed against American exports.” “Pharmaceutical companies, which are among those enjoying access to negotiators as ‘advisers,’ have long lobbied against government efforts to keep the cost of medicines down. Under the agreement, these companies could challenge such measures by claiming that they undermined their new rights granted by the deal.” It seems that Obama’s secret Trans-Pacific Partnership will literally take away American’s freedoms and lifestyles and assign them to other countries. If you have a great idea for a business and it starts to take off and be successful, you will find yourself having to comply with the guidelines established by people in Chili, Brunei, Vietnam, Peru and others. They will have the authority to dictate how you run your business as well as your right to apply for any patents in the process. They will government the financial institutions that you rely on for all of your banking needs. They will determine what food products are safe and how much of it can be produced. They will have a say in how we produce and satisfy our energy needs. They will have the say as whether or not you have internet access and if they don’t like what you post and do, sorry Charlie, you will be cut off from having any access to the internet or social media sites. These are not the actions of a president by and for the people. These are the actions of deranged tyrannical dictator that is hell bent on making slaves of the American people and it seems that Congress and the Supreme Court are too spineless or scared to do anything to save the country or the people. If the TPP is allowed to take effect, you can kiss American freedom goodbye forever. godfatherpolitics/12912/obama-secretly-signing-america-international-rule/#y4RWAdlwYOEkT819.99 Obama Secretly Signing Over America To International Rule godfatherpolitics Barack Obama is secretly signing over Americas sovereignty to international rule via the Trans-Pacific Partnership..
