URGENT!! Sales Executive (High end Winr&Cigar/retail/DutyFree/u.p2.5k) Our company is specializing in distribution and travel retail. We operate over 230 stores at 125 airports in 47 countries. We are expanding our travel retail business in the Asia Pacific region and we are currently looking for Sales Assistant to be part of our team. Scope/Goals of the position: The Sales Assistant will report directly to the Shop Manager and is responsible to achieve and maximize sales target for the shop and provide excellent customer service to assist customers on enquires in the selection of products. RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for achieving sales targets thru effective selling. • Responsible for building and maintain good relationship with customers by providing good customer service in providing product information and making recommendations to customers. • Responsible for maintaining good visual merchandising standards by ensuring those stocks are replenished and properly merchandised in line with the company standards. • Ensure special promotions are carried out effectively and efficiently. • To perform cashiering duties and ensure maintenance of counter cleanliness & tidiness. • To handle customer issues and feedback. • To communicated to Shop Manager consistently on Customers’ feedback. • To assist in the receiving and maintaining the inventory of stocks. • To participate in regular stock takes. • To perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
