URGENT VACANCY Inbound Sales Consultant – Must be available immediately An exciting career opportunity exists in Somerset West for an Inbound Sales Consultant within a manufacturing environment. If you are living in Helderberg and have the following behavioral competency and experience, we look forward to receiving you application. • Excellent communication skills • Have the ability to be persuasive • Display emotional intelligence • Ability to work comfortably in a busy office environment. • Maintain high work standards • Effective decision making • Adaptability Duties include the following, but not limited to: • Customer Service – new and/or exiting +/- 30 national customers • Deal with daily Sales Enquiries and follow up: o Direct (Walk-ins) / Web / Telephone and email • Completing inbound sales process up until quote accepted and obtain PO where required • Process and Distribute invoices in set time frame • Check stock before orders are dispatched • Data capture CRM • Obtaining holding deposits • Checking and confirming daily sales report • Daily communications reporting • Weekly stock projection • Daily cash receipts • Adhoc Reception Duties o Operate 1 Incoming Line Switchboard with 15 Extensions o Meet and Greet Client Requirements: • Min matric • MS Office proficient – Excel (Pivot) essential • Be fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Salary: • Basic R7000 + Commission To apply for the above mentioned position, please email your CV to [email protected] with reference ISC by 15 July
