US AND NATO Prepares Global War For New World Order: Project for New American Century At the International Security Conference (ISC) in Munich, 2007, Vladimir Putin warned western leaders, that the unprecedented aggressive expansion of NATO has brought the world more close to a third world war than it has ever been before. This stern warning came years before NATO´s aggression against Libya and it´s undeclared war in Syria and Pakistan. Following the recent deployment of US troops to Uganda, and military threats directed against Pakistan, the armed forces of NATO, Russia and China have never been as close to open and all out conflict as today. A recent and sobering report of the Russian Intelligence Service FSB, details the fact that the USA and NATO are currently planning and actively preparing for all-out war on all continents. After the recent meeting between Russian President and Chinese President, both Russian and Chinese military forces have been placed on highest alert. The speech of Russian President Vladimir Putin at the 43rd International Security Conference in Munich in 2007, and Putin´s statement, that the aggressive expansionism of NATO has brought the world more close to a third world war than it has ever been before, was sobering in 2007. That an all-out conflict has been prevented until now however, is not based on the fact that NATO has changed its aggressive policy of military expansionism. Putin´s speech from 2007 was sobering then, and few understood it´s full implications. The developments of recent months, however, are eliciting the urgent need to stop a cycle of aggression that can only be described as megalomaniacs’ insanity. Since the middle of September 2011 Russian politicians at Russia´s State Duma began discussing that NATO must significantly reduce its military footprint in the former Soviet Republics. By early October, those calls had developed into demands that Russia should assert its interests in the former Soviet republics, and especially in the South. Since the discontinuation of the USSR, and NATO´s war on Afghanistan, it has significantly increased its military footprint in Russian and Chinese neighbor states such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and not least in Georgia. The fact that Russian and NATO troops came into open armed conflict when Georgia attacked Ossetia, and not least the US backed armed insurgency in Chechnya are eliciting the fact that Russia is increasingly threatened. A clear response by Vladimir Putin to the State Duma´s demands for policy changes came on 3 October, after Putin had received the sobering Intelligence Report, which warned of US and NATO preparations of a global war. On 3 October, only days before his meeting with Jintao, Putin announced his plans for a Eurasian Union. When Russia´s Prime Minister, and most likely winner of the next presidential elections, Vladimir Putin, met Chinese President Huan Jintao on 12 October, the official narrative elicited mutually beneficial friendship and treaties, trade and other relations. The most important reason for the sudden visit however, did not make the headlines. Before leaving for Beijing, Putin received a sobering report from the Russian Intelligence Service FSB. The FSB report to Vladimir Putin supported reports from the Chinese Intelligence Service and China´s Ministry of State Security, MSS, which were among other based on intelligence received via the former Black water operative Brian Underwood. Underwood is currently held in the US on charges of espionage. According to reliable sources, China has attempted to warn Russia of US and NATO plans to initiate a global armed conflict. This conflict has reportedly moved from the drawing board to an activation stage. According to both Chinese and Russian Intelligence Sources, the US and NATO plans include among other, the deliberate implosion of the US and EU Economies, destroying the world’s financial systems, and the launching of a massive conventional war throughout North America, Africa and Asia, as well as the Middle East. The war plans include the release of biological (Ebola) warfare agents designed to kill millions if not billions of people. The NATO strategists rely on their ability to sue for peace when the coming conflict is at its highest, to call for the establishment of a “New World Order” under the pretext of preventing the destruction of the planet and civilization as we know it. One of the preparatory stages was reportedly doctrinal and strategy changes wherein the training of its soldiers shifted from counter insurgency to more conventional warfare and tank on tank battles. The FSB Report states that the activation of the conflict is to be expected sooner rather than later, since the US and NATO have pre-deployed 2000 M1 Abrams Battle Tanks in Iraq, and another 2000 in Afghanistan. In the area between the Middle East and Asia, tens of thousands of other armored vehicles are deployed. The FSB evaluates the situation as so threatening, that it explains in its report, that the only thing needed to activate the war plan is a call for the full mobilization of 1.5 Million US Reserves. Their activation can come at moment’s notice, and needs no further authorization by the US Congress. The US plans for global dominance date back to as early as 1998 and the “Project for a New American Century, PNAC“. One of the think tanks members, former US Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, warned in September 2001, that if the war fails to significantly alter the world’s geopolitical map, the US will not achieve its aim to become the world’s only ad dominant superpower. The war on Iraq was not only based on co-opting it´s oil. One of the main driving factors behind the decision to topple the Iraqi government was that Iraq had begun trading the nation’s oil in Euro and not US-Dollar. The driving factors behind the aggression against Libya was the fact that Libya blocked for the development of the Mediterranean Alliance, lobbied for the establishment of a Pan-African, gold backed currency, and that it had supported the now ousted Laurent Gbagbo in Ivory Coast in his attempt to get Ivory Coast out of the CFA agreement. The CFA is a French Controlled currency used in eight African states, and France´s control over the CFA is one of the major supports of the French economy. The only country that so far has succeeded to withdraw from the US Dollar is Iran that ended all trade of oil in US-Dollars in 2009. One of the reasons why Iran has not yet been attacked may be the fact that it has acquired a number of X-55 missiles with nuclear capabilities from the Ukraine. Russian Intelligence analysts however, generally perceive it as extremely unlikely that Ukraine did not deliver the nuclear warheads together with the missiles. Another reason why Iran has not yet been attacked maybe it´s current support of NATO´s narrative of a popular revolution in Libya. Why precisely Iran is playing this dangerous diplomatic game is puzzling many analysts. It may be that Iran, knowing about the US and NATO war plan, would perceive the tying down of NATO forces in Northern Africa as a short lived insurance policy that can buy much needed time to prepare a defense against an anticipated attack. Both China and Russia are outraged by NATO´s unprecedented abuse of UNSC Resolution 1973 and NATO´s war on Libya. Both the Russian and the Chinese veto of a resolution on Syria must be seen within the context of Russian and Chinese awareness of US and NATO plans to initiate a global war. The fact that the highest US Representative to the UN Susan Rice left the Security Council meeting in protest after the veto is not a sign of diplomacy being the modus for solving problems of global security either. Recently the government of Pakistan agreed to let 20.000 Chinese troops to enter the Pakistan administrated part of Kashmir to counter the expected US and NATO aggression. Afghanistan has is signaling that it would be fighting alongside Pakistan in case Pakistan would be attacked by the USA or NATO. China, Russia, Pakistan and Afghanistan discussed pressing security matters at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on 15 October. Most likely, the US and NATO preparations of an all-out confrontation with Russia and China have been a central point of consideration in meetings behind the scenes. When the Russian Military was ordered on high alert, Vladimir Putin reportedly instructed high ranking military personnel to “Prepare for Armageddon“. If the clock was 5 minutes to midnight in 2007, what time is it today? And will the people live up to their responsibility as citizens, to stop criminal governments. Failure to do so may be failure to save one’s own life and civilization as we know it. It is indeed high time that peace loving people throughout the world begin protesting against the mass murder that is planned against them, and support initiatives like those of former Malaysian Prime Minister Dr. Tun Mahatir Muhammad, to criminalize war. THE BRICS MUST ACT NOW BEFORE TOO LATE TO STOP US/Israel-led NATO Warmongering! At the moment, the world, i.e., the whole humanity seems to have been pushed into probably one of the worst, the dirtiest, AND the most dangerous BUT the most DECEPTIVE, HYPOCRITICAL and MANIPULATIVE moment in the entire recorded human history. For what’s happening right now in the very deceptive, divisive and manipulative US/Israel-controlled world affairs as in the cases of Libya, Syria, Iran could be easily (NO, DEFINITELY!) spilled over to other countries, areas and regions well beyond those presently physically-affected places in the Middle East and African region. For the number of human casualties, the degree of physical destructiveness or the scale of disastrous results from what’s happening right now in that both regions could be undoubtedly and unprecedentedly immense and global. For the destructiveness of the whole world which could be resulted from what’s happening right now in that regions could be absolutely severe (or hard to describe the severity of the destruction of the whole humanity as global consciences like former Cuban President Fidel Castro, Prof. Michel Chossudovsky and the likes also warn in their most recent articles!) since the US/Israel-led NATO warmongering there could well become, as many predict, the First Nuclear World War instead the conventional Third World War. For those “21st Century cowboy gangsters” won’t stop there after Libya, Syria and Iran. They will definitely come after next easy targets in other regions. What happens now in that region is therefore fundamentally intertwined with the whole globe, thereby the whole humanity, i.e., the future of us all. At the moment there seems no a credible, respected and strong enough power other than the BRICS power in today’s global power politics to deter or stop the US/Israel-led NATO colonial powers. Unless those BRICS nations ACT NOW BEFORE TOO LATE TO STOP the manipulative NATO powers who seem determined to destroy Syria and Iran, as they did Libya, it seems there won’t be any bright future for the entire humanity feasible. If that were to be the case, then the immediate future of the whole globe could be easily slipped into another dark abyss for sure for a longtime to come. As already highlighted in the above, for they won’t stop there in that regions only if they finish their dirtiest, ugliest and the greediest “organized crimes against peace and humanity,” i.e., the recolonization of the oil-, gas-, gold-, diamond- and many other resources-rich regions of both Arabs and Africans. They will surely come after other continents and regions as their next targets to rob their riches and wealth away, while destroying, torturing and massacring the weak, the invaded, the robbed and the enslaved. Countries and regions which could be attempted in the first place to be taken away, attacked by indiscriminate bombings or invaded and occupied could be the ones whose military self-defense capabilities are mostly much weaker or even defenseless to defend themselves from those vicious colonizers to bomb, destroy and massacre EVERYTHIG who they are, what they have achieved and built. Therefore the world’s communities of peace and justice and equality must take a BOLD and DECISIVE step NOW and FORWARD to bring a unified support and solidarity with what Putin recently did in regard to the above-mentioned US/Israel-controlled NATO warmongering in that region in general, Syria and Iran now in particular. “According to Russian sources, Russia is sending its warships to Syrian waters in a move aimed at preventing any foreign attacks against Syrian territories. The recent move conveys the message that Moscow will block any NATO-led attack under the guise of “humanitarian intervention,” The Nation reported.” “According to Russian President Vladimir Putin has also recently warned the West against any ‘Libya-style’ military intervention in Syria.” The same source charges the “NATO, has been making efforts to demonize the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his forces, while downplaying attacks by opposition forces.” However, Russia alone won’t be able to stop the economically-desperate thereby becoming more and more FRANTIC NATO power whose member countries have suffered the severest economic crises in their entire history of Western capitalism. The all FIVE MEMBERS OF BRICS, NOT RUSSIA ALONE, must stand up to voice out together in UNITY to challenge the old colonial powers of the WEST, i.e., The NATO power! MANY IN THE WORLD DO BELIEVE CHINA MUST TAKE THE SAME POSITION IMMEDIATELY NOW WHAT RUSSIA HAS TAKEN ALREADY BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE! OTHERWISE not only LIBYA, SYRIA, IRAN, EVENTUALLY the BRICS themselves all including China and Russia could be thrown into similar, if not the very same, fate where Libya, Syria, Iran are being forced into the darkest abyss NOW. Can you give a prediction, more or less, or see where things are going in Africa? Along with the so-called pivot to the Asia-Pacific region, which is meant to create an alliance based on the model of NATO by the US and several of its NATO allies, like Britain and France, who are past colonial powers in the East Asia and the Asia-Pacific region as a whole, to encircle and contain China much as NATO expansion in Europe is aimed to do vis-à-vis Russia, we are also seeing the increased military focus on Africa by the United States, on the entire continent, following in the wake of the creation of the US Africa Command. The latest, and in terms of the number of countries included, the largest, overseas US regional military command in history. And because nations like China, Russia, India, Brazil and others are reaching out to Africa for trade, economic and natural resource purposes, we are seeing the US increasingly intensifying its military presence and activity on the continent. A recent article many of your listeners may be aware of documents the United States is to deploy, initially at least, limited contingents of military forces to 35 nations in Africa. Depending on how one counts them there are 54 members of the African Union, so that’s a pretty sizeable percentage of the total number of countries in Africa. And that’s in addition of course to the US-NATO war against Libya in North Africa. So, what exactly are they going to be doing in these 35 countries? Most of what we’re talking about will be covert activities. The official explanation is “fighting al-Qaeda forces and Allies in Africa”. I cannot believe there are 35 nations in Africa that are threatened by al-Qaeda in Africa or anything like it. That’s been the whole pretext of this global expansion and this global war on terror. When is this going to stop? How is this going to stop? I mean: how can they just keep doing this over and over? Invade country after country after country on the same fantasy pretext? I mean, no one is ever going to be able to stop this until we all become slaves or what? These are raising a very interesting question, particularly as it seems to be a real drum beat for military intervention in Mali, in Nigeria, in northwest Africa, and again, ostensibly to combat al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb. But they created al-Qaeda, AQMI, Mujao, Boko Haram, for Christ’s sake! That’s the irony that I think needs to be emphasized, is the fact that while the US and its NATO allies are actively supporting al-Qaeda and al-Qaeda-linked foreign fighters and terrorists against governments in Libya, Nigeria and Syria and who knows where else tomorrow, they are using the pretext of fighting al-Qaeda to introduce military forces into Africa, throughout the continent of Africa indeed. So, I think we can take that at face value that this is a charade, this is a pretense. We should also of course, since we talked about earlier the fact that the US has pivoted to the Asia-Pacific region after having subjugated the Greater Middle East, that somebody is playing off an old script, if you will, when they come up with these sorts of bogus excuses, because that really belongs to phase 2, if you will, of post-Cold War global US military expansion, so they need a new scriptwriter in the State Department and the Pentagon. Regarding the reason why they are increasing military forces in Africa: We know for example that last year the Obama administration announced the deployment of special operations, Special Forces troops to four countries in Central Africa to fight the Lord’s Resistance Army. And they were going to Uganda, the Central African Republic, Congo, and South Sudan. So, in that case it is clearly not al-Qaeda. The US military forces have been involved in counter-insurgency operations in Mali for several years and not against al-Qaeda but against ethnic Tuaregs. So, they’ll use whatever excuse I guess is at hand, you know, fighting pirates in the Horn of Africa, or pirates in the Gulf of Guinea, or the Lord’s Resistance Army in Central Africa, or Boko Haram in Nigeria, or Seleka in Central African Republic but at the end of the day the US did not setup the US-Africa Command as a social service agency. They set it up as the scaffolding for increased US military activities in Africa. And what we’ve seen with the confirmation of the fact that the Pentagon is going to deploy new military forces to 35 nations is that the US is intent on establishing a permanent military presence throughout the length and breadth of Africa.
