US Economy update #4 or is it #5(?) Ive been doing some shopping lately for the home. Carpet, Outside Doors, Microwave Oven, etc…..So help me understand our retailers merchandising strategies and how is it possible that….. My items are cheaper if I sign up for credit that I dont need or want than just paying cash for them ? If I walked in with greenbacks(no cc transaction fees or processing for anyone, I guess some handling) I will pay 10-15% MORE for my items than if I have no money at all? I thought cash was king ? What is wrong with this picture? Ill just cancel all those accounts anyways which will cost ME and them time and money. End of Rant….(for now)
