US Virgin Islands Declare Online Gambling Legal Violet Ann Golden, chairwoman of the Casino Control Commission of the US Virgin Islands (USVI), announced that the nation is ready to accept casino players from any jurisdiction in which internet gaming and betting activities are legal.
