USAU fall series info: Here is the deal. If we want to go to Regionals we must qualify at Sectionals. Hana Nelson: Salty does not qualify for the USAU series so regardless of name we will need a roster to attend Sectionals Sept 13-14th in South Portland to win a bid to Regionals Sept 27-28th in Devens, MA. Here are rostering details: Team Registration – All teams that wish to participate in the Post Season Championship Series will need to use the online rostering system to create their team roster and register for Sectionals by Friday 5pm MDT on August 22. This applies to all teams, whether or not they participated in the Regular Season. Teams advancing directly to Regionals must create their team roster and register for Regionals by Friday 5pm MDT on August 22. Roster Additions – A team must have a minimum of 10 players on its event roster in order to be considered registered for the Post Season. After the August 22 team registration deadline, a team may add eligible players to their event roster, up to a maximum of 27 total players, before 5pm MDT on the Tuesday before its Sectionals. Teams advancing directly to Regionals must comply with the same deadline for the Sectional event in which they would have competed. Series Progression - All teams that meet the Roster Deadline will begin the Post Season Championship Series at Sectionals. Based upon the results of Sectionals and the number of bids awarded to that section, qualifying teams will advance to Regionals. Pro and Elite flight teams may enter the Series at Regionals provided they participate in two named TCT events. The two events are comprised of the required event based on their prior year finish plus one of the two optional events for which they are eligible. Based upon the results of Regionals and the number of bids awarded to that region, qualifying teams will advance to the National Championships. As of comments below it appears that Émilie Godbout-Beaulieu and Allison Thomas may be available for sectionals. We need a viable sectionals roster first. Anyone else able and willing to commit?
