USER TESTING We often talk about the years of user testing weve done to help us better understand how users relate and experience real estate sites. The process includes 1-hour sessions with people who respond to directions we give them to find and search for things on a site. We track their clicks. We listen to their comments. We notate every pleasurable action as well as anything that creates a struggle for them. We do this while the client is on the other end listening. This is how we KNOW exactly how to architect and design the real estate experience. This is also how we resolve all the inner conflicts that takes place within the committees assigned to manage the Website build of our clients. User testing is a science and weve been at this for a long time. What weve learned about how people use websites might be the valuable information weve collected on the Web. This particular video was shot this morning and is the 3rd round of testing weve done over the last 6 months prototyping a concept Website for a client. the first test began at the onset of our engagement and with their current site to determine all the pleasure and pain points there are on it providing a very clear direction on what we need to do going forward. We are now moving that concept from prototype to build. This site will perform with precision. Its almost guaranteed too as a result of all the testing and tweaking.
