(OR) Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for. General Manager (Civil) -> (1)Graduate in Civil Engineering. (2)Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 15 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company. (3) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for. (OR) Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for. General Manager (HR) -> (1)MBA or PGDBA with HR.
