UTH Records 412 Defilement in 4 Months The University Teaching Hospital has so far recorded 412 defilement cases in 2014. UTH Public Relations Office announced that the number was limited to reported cases and that the number could be higher. The office reported that in March the institution reported 108 cases marking the highest in a month this year.
