Ugandans are afraid and ashamed to use the NRM party decorated Toilet Papers designed with Museveni 2016 sole candidature at Kampala Capital City Authority public toilets suspecting of bio-chemical endanger their lives. On 8 public toilets the NRM Museveni campaigners since wednesday are supplying yellow toilet papers on public toilets around Kireka-Namboole-Mandela National Stadium,City Square and Taxi Parks public toilets. Those are one of the fundamental campaign tools to Museveni Road map 2016.
