Ugh. Bill Arnold assigned me Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers: Do you like them? They have some good songs, but I cant stand Tom Petty. He just irks me. Fave song: Stop Dragging My Heart Around is a begrudgingly good song, of course, and there are a few others. Have you ever seen them live? No, not my oeuvre, even without the irrational annoyance. Miscellaneous: He made that one song Into the Great Wide Open with the line rebel without a clue which I thought he thought was way smarter than it was, and they never stopped playing it that summer. Turns out the phrase was coined by Jim Stienman, who I do like, for a Bonnie Tyler song. Go figure. Like this and Ill assign you band.
