Ugh. I am so frustrated! I got a new smartphone, a Samsung Galaxy S4, a couple of months ago and the battery life has gone down from 2-1/2 days to a few hours. It wont hold a charge for the life of it. Ive talked to the Samsung rep at Best Buy twice in the last month and they havent been able to help. Theyve offered to ship it back to Samsung for repair but they dont seem to get that that would leave me without a phone. Ive only had the phone for 2 months and it has serious issues yet they arent willing to replace it. So frustrating because my phone is always dead so I cant call, text, or email.
