Ukrainian army is in my home town now, fighting to free it from Russian terrorists. On the street where I grew up some Ukrainian patriots will die today fighting Russians who came to steal our land. A year ago I would think these words belonged to some fiction book. Yet it became a part of our reality - the news of terrorists taking over the whole towns and cities, the news about Ukrainian army fighting and freeing them, daily news about military and civilian casualties, about infrastructure of cities destroyed by terrorists as they retreat. In March we were terrified that we would be in war with Russia and over the past few months the war has crawled into our lives and became a part of routine... And we know it can get worse...
