Unbelievable! I purchased a one-year license for #Microsoft Office 365 for a Dell PC laptop I also purchased for my work with Quantellia. It expired this month and, since Im not using the laptop much right now I decided to wait before renewing the license. I also purchased a stand alone version of Office for Mac, which I installed several years ago. #Microsoft, in their infinite wisdom not only deactivated the version for my laptop but, presumably because they were both associated with my Gmail address, deactivated (remotely) my paid for and owned version on my iMac and none of the three product keys that came with the software will work. Of course, they have no way to help me and suggest I contact the Apple store where I originally purchased the Mac version. Now Im on the second hold while I wait for help on the phone. I have a very bad feeling about this and Im seething. Ive already wasted an hour going through the motions. Amazingly bad UX and customer service from both #Microsoft and #Apple, though I havent completed what Im hoping will be a successful experience with #Apple. The last thing I want to have to do is drive to the store where I originally purchased the product. That will kill another couple of hours, no doubt. #Fail
