Unbelievable. I would like to point out that we still have G.Bushs tax cuts, the gun laws under Clinton expired so they are more lax than they were under Bush, so aint nobody commin fer yer guns! Gitmo still open (just like Bush). Iraq war ended but we are still in Afghanistan, It was Bush that bailed out Wall St (yes it was, google it),Oil is being produced at record rates in this country, the republicans got their wish to cut food stamps and unemployment. He got Osama. Just what the hell (other than his color)is so different about him? And I may add he won by a majority twice. Yesterday people were going nuts because the first lady partnered with Subway about healthier eating. Childhood obesity is the issue this first lady chose to address. People are acting like she has passed a law and is forcing them into some kind of healthy food labor camp. Did they scream when Lady Bird told them to stop littering? And arent we better for it? Did they scream when Rosalynn Carter wanted more attention paid to mental health(we need to do more). Did they freak out when Nancy Reagan said just say no. Were they starting facebook pages in a rage because Laura Bush wanted our children to read? Do they not see the hypocrisy of standing up for Chic-fil-A to have the freedom to push an anti gay agenda, but Subway can not push a healthy agenda with the first lady? How does this make us look to the rest of the world? I am sick to death of this over the top behavior. We survived eight years of Bush and we will survive Obama. He was elected twice, not only by a majority of electoral votes, but by a majority of voters.
