I have committed to no more gum, mints, or diet soda. I am also watching my extras like mustard, sweetener, extra veggies, and salsa. This is the hardest part of the day for me! I always start craving a little extra and I start to get hungry. Often it is the time I would use one of the above to sort of get me through it. I know that these things can add up, and with a free meal here and there on top of it? I could make no progress. I dont want to work so hard for no results. I sooo want to cave right now, but I wont! I just had to throw this out there so I could stay accountable! Ha! Coach Steph
