Uncle Sams Misguided Children GOOD MORNING PATRIOTS!! I NEED 100% ATTENTION TO THIS POST!! --ICE As you know Facebook is censoring the hell out of us these days!! The good news is that means we are doing something right!! We are touching a nerve!! We are motivating Patriots who love their Country!! With that being said, along with that exposure and along with the large numbers of like-minded Patriots who have liked the Uncle Sams Misguided Children page comes a certain amount of responsibility not only for the page admins but for all of you!! Now listen up this is the important part!!! IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME TO THREATEN ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL!!! 18 USC Sec. 871 makes it illegal to threaten the POTUS and other sections make it illegal to threaten any other government official. There are 3 elements that must be met to be found guilty of these crimes: 1. there must be a transmission in interstate commerce (a post on facebook will suffice) 2. there must be a communication containing the threat (again the post/comment on facebook meets that element) 3. and the threat must be a threat to injure the person of another(bodily threat) We here at U.S.M.C. will not tolerate any abuse of this Federal law!! we advocate peaceful, non-violent, law abiding changes to our government and the policies that they espouse!!! this is why we encourage everyone to get out and go to rallys for second amendment supporters and other causes we support and also to exercise your right to vote!! vote them all out and vote only for Constitution loving and Constitution supporting Patriots!! anyone posting any threats to the POTUS or any other standing government official will have their comments deleted and if it happens again YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE PAGE!! To defeat a corrupt government we must do it the right way!! We understand that many who make these comments have fake profiles and are, in fact, trolls who desire to rile you all up and encourage you to do the wrong thing!! Do not be fooled into making threats against the government...that doesnt show you to be more patriotic it is idiotic!! There is a right and a wrong way to do things. We do not want to ban anyone...but we will do it if you make threats on any post on this page!! --ICE
