Under the Heading of, Getting Our Planet Repossessed: I was pondering this very topic late last night. Like many, I do believe we are being monitored by some alien civilivation. If this proves to be true I am embarrassed. Our only hope is that these cosmic cousins are blessed with two attributes: (1.) a sense of humor, and (2.) a compassion for idiocy; otherwise, I fear that we are quite literally not long for this earth. We inhabit such a beautiful and likely rare world, but most times we act (as a whole) more like trashy, uncouth, discourteous, disrespectful, rude, loud, late-paying renters than stewards of this sphere...and ourselves. Sure, I mean that environmentally, but mostly Im talking about the way we treat each other and what we view as important. I cant say I would blame a more advanced civilization for saying enough is enough and repossessing this planet before we trash this gem beyond its ability to recover. Then theres us. From fractionalized religions shaking angry fists at each other to the fact that too many of us care, or even know, what a Kim-n-Kanye is does us no favors. I think there is a distinct possibility that if we are being monitored we are being broadcast as a planetary version of some Honey BooBoo-like reality show. Maybe thats the only reason weve been allowed to remain...the cosmic comedy relief we provide for the rest of the truly civilized universe. :)
