God made us to be interdependent. We really do need spiritual leaders and fellow strugglers. And others need our encouragement. Humans were never meant to fly solo. The traveler who ventures out alone has less joy then the one who journeys with some companions. The soldier who fights all by himself is an easy target for the enemy. Where’s your community? We ask you, brothers and sisters, to warn those who do not work. Encourage people who are afraid. Help those who are weak. Be patient with everyone. Be sure that no one pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to do what is good for each other and all people. – 1 Thessalonians 5:14-15
