Underage Reports Under 15 premier Torro Utd 7 - 1 Trim Celtic Half Time 2-1 Torro went into the break leading by the odd goal in three before pulling away from Trim Celtic in convincing fashion with five unanswered goals in the second half. The pace of the game lent itself to some excellent football on display from both sides. Under 13 (SFAI Cup) Torro Utd 2 KellsBlackwater 3 A slow start and a bit of misfortune were Torro Utds undoing in this SFAI cup tie between two local sides. Torro headed into the second half 3-nil down, two of which were the misfortune of an og and a penalty and leaving them with a difficult task in getting back into the game. They had a lot of work to do and thats exactly what they set about doing. They hauled themselves back into the game with goals from Will Gore and Paddy Moore. But time was against them and some fine goal keeping from the visiting keeper kept Torro from getting the elusive equaliser. At the other end Jason Quail made 2 excellent saves to keep Kells-Blackwater at bay in the closing minutes. An excellent second half recovery by Torro Utd made for a very competitive and entertaining game in front of a large crowd who turned out to support the teams. Best on the day for Torro Utd were Paddy Moore, Michael McGovern, Will Gore and Seanie Bellew.
