“Underwriting Clerk” required for an International Insurance Company located in Smart Village with transportation, with the following requirements: • Bachelor degree preferably in Medical Sciences or Business Administration • Gender Any • Good Command of English • From 1 to 3 years experience • Good medical knowledge • Main Duties briefly: o Assessment of insurance applications according to the company underwriting standards. o Input underwriting requirements and recommendation to the company system o Follow UW procedures & Re-insurer guidelines in calculating the exposed risks. o Request appropriate medical evidences within agreed limits o Liaise with reinsures when necessary. o Liaise with Alterations and Claims departments when required to assist with underwriting requirements. o Conduct underwriting and procedures training under the direction of Underwriting Manager.
