Unfortunately Brody and I chose to support a small local company with using them for our guaranteed bond clean and it has ended badly. After asking the lady to return multiple times as she missed very obvious and easy things she still could not get it correct. My property manager had then gone to do the exit condition report and understandably asked them to return to complete a large list of things that werent attended to that was in the original list of what needed to be done. The cleaning lady then said she cannot attend and wont complete the job so I asked for my money back to pay someone who could do it and she refused. She would not return my calls or texts and has now blocked me on Facebook. The entire time dealing with this lady I have been polite understanding and more than generous but yet Im not of pocket and very un satisfied. I even tried negotiating less then half the amount I paid to be returned to cover the cost of a new bond cleaner and she then would not respond to me. I am not writing this status on Facebook to get attention or sympathy. A few people have messaged me asking me to post a name and shame status so that others who try to help out local small companies will not use this person and be robbed of their hard earned money as well. Please personal message me if you are wanting to know this cleaners name and business as I can not name and shame on this group and I am wanting to abide by the rules.
