Unfortunately I have had people booking 6 hour appointments with me and then canceling the day before or very short notice which as you can imagine is a big financial loss in addition to the loss of that booking other potential customers have had to be turned down for that date as well. For this reason I will now have to take non refundable deposits of 30% for large bookings (over 4 hrs) via paypal, or in person at the time of booking. Thankyou x
