Santorini, affectionately known as Santa, is a 16.1-16.2hh, rising 5 year old filly by Revelwood’s beautiful imported stallion, Smash Hit. Smash Hit is a stunning individual by the World Young Horse Champion, Sandro Hit, from a full sister to Rubinstein. He is bred in the purple with strong genetics on both sides of his pedigree. Santa is out of one of David Shoobridge’s favourite mares, Revelwood Exclaimation, a tall well balanced mare by the super European sire Ex Libris out of Revelwood Virtuoso. Ex Libris convincingly won his stallion performance test in Medingen, scoring 9.0 twice for rideability and also for walk, trot and canter. He also achieved the highest index for rideability at the test.She is currently in foal to David Shoobridge’s wonderful and talented stallion, OO Seven. She’s the ultimate package. Young enough to come back into work once the foal is weaned and will succeed in the dressage and show rings. Plus, you’ll have a talented youngster to look forward to. Santa has been broken in and done the basics, and it wouldnt take much to bring this kind girl back undersaddle. She’s beautifully put together with a wonderful and kind temperament.
