Unfortunately because of my current situation (34+ years) I am unable to have a relationship with anyone. An emotional basket case is what I am. Funny how a man can be totally mentally functioning yet be plagued with fear, rage, anger, depression, etc. Very extremely difficult even to remain calm around anyone. And I feel like a piece of shit for it. If I am so intelligent I must be able to control my emotions right? Nope. Intelligence and emotion are two different animals at war with each other. At least in my case. On one hand I want to kill my abusers (emotion), on the other I try to seek peaceful solutions beneficial to all (intelligence). I am afraid sometimes that emotion will win and others will be hurt and I will be in jail or dead. That is the torment I live. On the edge of wellness or destruction. Always.
