Unfortunately the real time system fault has not yet been fixed which means predictions at stop, web and app may not be accurate. Some displays may also not be working and we cannot track or talk to many buses, which means our ability to respond to issues is affected. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. The City Council are dealing with these problems to get the system working properly again.
