Unfortunately there are those who would say even these figures are still skewed (I would be among them) and that a number of factors are still not being taken into consideration, such as the vast numbers of Murcans and Canucks that have simply fallen entirely off the radar and the fact that in order to be truly exceptional as we would all like to think of ourselves I am sure, we must consider more than just how Americans and Canadians and the fully developed West in general are doing and consider how well all of the peoples of the world are doing. It starts getting damned ugly then, especially when we are then made to consider how the relatively privileged position, of even SOME of the poorest among us, comes at the expense of most of the remaining billions.
