These Violations are Serious, and they must be brought to the attention of everyone in America. IMMEDIATELY! Upon reporting the Allegations, IN WRITING, to their local County Sheriffs, their County Clerks, their County Judges; then on to their State Clerks, and their State Judges; further on they went to all Federal District Court Clerks, Federal District Court Judges; and finally the Supreme Court. The results of these attempts to report a series of high level crimes have yielded no response, only silence, silence equates to guilt, within our justice system. Looking more closely, these folks are angry that the particular rights in question are the said rights that have lawfully come from their God. No one could argue their point. Question, why do we have so many, every day incidences, such as Drug Arrests, Stopping People at Check Points, Harassment, Trespass, etc. by our Employees? They do not believe that incidences are cause by anyone wanting to leave the country. As of this day, subsequent to communicating, to the above mentioned authorities, NO response has come forth. Nothing. These officials have a lawful responsibility to do so. Silence! Deafening Silence! Is Guilty Silence! Their Arrogant Behavior has been deemed, No Longer Acceptable! The People, having been “Judicially Blocked to Lawful Redress to Governmental Agents”, have filed new papers to force their government to answer all Claims against their Authorities and Powers, once again. A “QUO WARRANTO” “The New Declaration of Independence” was filed in every Federal District Court and to the Nine Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court. A “QUO WARRANTO” is Latin, “which is a legal proceeding against the usurper of a franchise or office to stop a person or organization from doing something for which it may not have the legal authority, by demanding to know by what right they exercise the controversial authority. Our once, Trusted Civil Servants, have turned their back against their “Oaths and Bonds of Office”, thus, becoming “Un-Civil Dis-Servants”, America’s New “Extreme Domestic Terrorists”. The People’s Actions were not taken lightly. By holding publicly announced meetings in all 50 States, calling for the People in the respective counties to Re-Establish and Re-Constitute the “Common Law Grand Jury”. The members of the “Unified States Common Law Grand Jury” DO NOT believe using force against their American Government, “THE KNOWLEDGE AND POWER OF THE LAW IS ALL THAT IS NECESSARY.” The FEDERAL BUREAU of INVESTIGATION working closely with the ANTI DEFAMATION LEAGUE and SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER, have coined any organizations or persons that questions the legitimacy of America’s ABC Authorities and Agencies, using Key words such as: Constitution, Patriots, Sovereign, etc. are “Unlawfully Classified” as being “Anti-Government” and making all persons and organizations to become “Extreme Domestic Terrorists”.
