Unitech Stds met with Prof. Kavanamur and Delegates from OHE. Prof. Kavanamur claimed, that issue of Unitech is before the Court. The former council headed by Phillip Stage claimed his team being the legitimate council terminated Dr. Schram in which the allegation leveled against Dr. Schram was cleared through the Sevua Report. The interum council headed by Sir Nagora Bogan has sighted the Sevua Report has implemented one of the reccomendations and, that they reinstated Dr. Schram. Prof. Kavanamurs claim, as the issue is to be determined through the court is this: The former council headed by Phillip Stag has filed court injucntion to stay the reinstatement of Dr. Albert Schram for reasons unknown. It seems that the court bettle is between the two different council (the corrupt former council against the interum). To my understanding, it seems that the former corrupt council is trying all its best to hide their guilt in corrupting the institution over the last 17 yrs. This court bettle has nothing to do with Dr. Albert Schram, provided the Sevua Report. If the government feels that the court between the two councils be cleared, then let it be while Schram is at Unitech performing his duties as the VC. If the court finds anything wrong with Dr. Schram, he can be penalised in anyway justice interprets. The students here at unitech are not fools where Prof. Kavanamur can divert their attention by using this planned deceptive tectics. All we want is BRING DR. SCHRAM BACK INTO UNITECH ASAP. Any mater before the courts can be determined later
