Universal Guest Pet Peeve #2: When a Guest complains about something and they follow up with this would never happen at Disney or Disney did this for me last time.... Well.... For one, You are at Universal not Disney... We handle things very differently to achieve a similar goal... Also, 90% of the time your wrong about what Disney would do... How would I know you ask?!? Its cause I work there too!! Furthermore, just cause Disney does something for you doesnt mean I am obligated to do they same... And if you had the same problem at Disney and you complained... Maybe your the problem and not the theme park.... Just saying!
