Unleashing creativity requires that we loosen the controls, accept risk, trust our colleagues, work to clear the path for them and pay attention to anything that creates fear. Doing all these things wont necessarily make the job of managing a creative culture easier. Goal for 2014 - 2015 school year: Work better, smarter, harder and with more focus to create a creative culture for me and my students and contribute to experiences where we can all feel and see the rewards.
