Unless I miss my guess, this letter from the Class A Shareholders - TopicsExpress

Unless I miss my guess, this letter from the Class A Shareholders gives Arthur T the right to close the deal immediately at the price he specified. The Class A shareholders DO NOT have the right to specify that he has to finance the deal through them. That would be exactly the same as if you were buying a house and the homeowners insisted that you take out a loan with them instead of a bank. If theyre agreeing to sell and this letter says they are, all the Class A shareholders have the right to is assurance of payment, and theres a zillion banks that will certainly float Arthur T a loan immediately. It looks like the Class A Assholes want to bleed Arthur T dry for the rest of his life, and probably his kids, too.
