Unlike a lot of other groups for the ranger community we like to promote healthy eating with a strong balance of exercise with it. Having that junk food every now and then is okay if dont in moderation. So lets start of the week with a look at peoples goals of what they wish to achieve and why exercise routines that they do. I myself changed from a heavy liked based diet a year ago to a bake diet and now the smell or taste of thick greasy oil can make me gag some times. My exercise routine is usually leg presses of 55 kilos and Ive just started doing 300 reps of them The same amount for reps on the abdominal gut crunch on 20kilos And between 150 to 300 on the pull downs on 55 kilos. I try and make it last around 30 minutes on each. My secret killer is coke (the drink lol), Ive cut down a lot on it, I use to go through a 2ltr bottle in 1 sitting at dinner! Now I find it difficult to get through 2 or glasses, except at the cinema when I have a large cup but that spans out for 2 hours and then I for feel like drinking any more at all lol. I drink around 1.5 Ltrs of water a day to try and flush any crap out of body from when I use t drink a lot of coke and clean my liver up. So tell us about yourself and remember dont be afraid no one will be judgemental of you here.
