Until my batchs trip to Balungao, Pangasinan last year, I never wanted to taste tuba, which Id venture to guess to be the coconut kefir in Europe, and Asia Minor that has been coming to popularity because of the quest for health-promoting foods and beverages. Heres how to make coconut kefir, if youre looking for a home-made probiotic. Will someone teach me where to buy/get a kefir starter or how to make it, please? There are other types of kefir: milk kefir, grain kefir, etc.
