Up for sale is an expo trailer I built from scratch. I built it to used with our old 05 4R and Im now selling it to help fund getting us to Honduras faster. This trailer is way over built and Im fairly confident that you could drop it off a cliff, hook back up to it and keep on going. :D The basic dimensions are: Front deck 4x2.5 Main box 4x6 Box opening 43x46 Top 6x6 Under 12 long Wheel base 6 Ground clearance 2 The basic frame is all 3x3 square tubing. Has a square tubing info structure, skinned with steel sheets and fully welded. The side boxes are the only things not welded on. The side boxes are bolted on with 8 bolts each going thru square tubing on the inside. The side decking can hold fuel/water cans, propane tank, etc. The front deck was built for carrying a 10k watt generator. It currently has 33 tires with 1.5 wheel spacers. I suspect it could clear 36 tires if needed. It has a rear receiver hitch and a skid place welded to it for steep angles. All the lights are LEDs with the wiring running tucked up and through the frame. The axle has brakes. The axle is a 5,500# with 4,200# leaf springs. I built and welded on shock mounts if you wanted to add shocks. The top was built to carry an RTT. If I was keeping it the only mods I would do is line-x the inside and outside. I designed the rear door to have a spare tire mount bolted on if desired. The only flaw IMO is when I built the rear door I didnt allow for sealing. So basically the door shuts flush with the trailer box. A sealing system could be fabbed up from the inside pretty easily IMO. It trailed perfectly behind our old 4R and LC. I welded sleeves on the side decking for standard stabilizer legs that you can get online and sleeves inside for storage for them. I also made a blank plate to lock into the front so it is harder to steal and a storage sleeve for it inside. The front deck and entire inside has hooks to strap to. Thats it for the most part, although Im sure I forgot something. Please ask questions if you have them. Im asking $5,000 OBO and the trailer is located in DFW. Thanks for looking! -Daniel Kent
