Memorial Day Murph at CrossFit Saol. Well have several morning WOD times. This is the only time of the year that youll be doing back to back hero wods of you choose to do the Hammy. WOD to support one of their members fight against cancer. - Saturday, July 19th at CrossFit Saol. Miktarian WOD honoring fallen Twinsburg police officer Josh Miktarian.
