Update: (5 pm Ireland) We are celebrating Josiah being here with us for 3 weeks! Lots of good gifts from God today. He had an x-ray of his tummy and there has been improvement for the first time in 2 weeks! He is also completely off of adrenaline as his blood pressure is doing well! Because of this progress, RIGHT NOW they are starting to give him the first breast milk he’s had in 2 weeks! Please pray for him that it would bless his body richly and his system will do very well with this big transition. They are starting on a small amount and will increase as they can see that he is doing well with this. Also, because he has been more stable and able to tolerate being handled, he got a new clean incubator today, a new feeding tube and PICC line and had his first ‘bath’ in a week. He’s been taken off the seizure medicine and has had a big reduction of morphine so he has been opening his eyes again and being his active self which is so good to see...We have been continually holding him up to his good Heavenly Father who is taking such good care of him. We were thinking today how blessed we are to have 4 extra unexpected months with our son to watch him grow and thrive and see God glorified in His beautiful creation - mighty little Josiah. Thanks be to God for answered prayer! Thank you all so much for praying - let’s keep on keeping on!
