Update Cody: Big day for the kid! It was a very exciting day for all, getting Cody closer to home. Gma, Gina Clark-Owen and myself made a quick trip to Gardner to see Cody. I must say for being off of the continuos food and being moved back to Ks. Cody looked really good! Respiratory came by first to do an assessment Oxygen sat 98, heart rate 85 no suction at this time. His nurse stopped in and hooked up the continuos food and water. Administered a little Tylenol for any discomfort. Codys eyes where wide open until the Tylenol kicked in. We will return in the morning to visit with the med staff and find out about the game plan. A big shout out to Vicki Upton for taking the time to see Cody. Hope to see you all again but not in the same setting. More updates from rehab in Gardner to come. Keep pushn, pulln and prayn. Thankful for another day.
