What a great evening, thanks to all who came out to support The Hampton Roads Celebrity Giant and raise money for Cystic Fibrosis! We dont have the final numbers from the restaurant yet but looks like the total will be right around $7,000! Not bad for a first time event but couldnt have happened without the amazing efforts of our local celebrities and all of you who donated! A huge Congrats to Geoff Morehart for winning the title and raising over $2,600 himself with Dshawn Wright closely behind him!!!!! I am honored and blessed to watch my idea for this event come to life and be surrounded by such great and inspiring people! Who really won? All the children who struggle to breath every day of their life with Cystic Fibrosis! Medical breakthroughs happen every day and thanks to you, we are one step closer! They live longer lives and hopefully soon will have the same opportunities we do! Here are some of the photos that people took last night, hard lightening conditions and of course I wasnt able to actually take pictures since I was running the event. I also want to thank the Varangian Guard MC Berserkers who volunteered all night! You guys rock!
