Update: Elf on the Shelf morning #1 was a success. Our Elfs name is Big Boy. Troy is extremely curious about who will be moving him each night/morning. The answer magic was not met with approval. On the bright side, our first meltdown was thwarted by pointing to the always watchful Big Boy. The panicked look in Troys eyes as he glanced up at the elf was priceless. Im positive that this threat will lose its effectiveness soon. Will report back. Over and out.
