Update! For two an a half weeks of this, Current weight: 146lbs Weight two weeks ago: 152lbs I lost 8 pounds in the past two weeks. I am slowly but surely cutting back on eating big at dinner.Thats my problem: I crave food at night. I eat brunch, supper and microwaves apples for dessert. What I ate for the past two weeks was just salad and microwaved apples. I made taco caesar salads, Caesar salads with cutie oranges on top, some with nuts, some without nuts, with and/or romaine and Spanish leaves mixed together. Yum. I am training my body to love fruits and vegetables. Its hard but it is a great process! With the microwaves apples, that was my dessert. I would put a pinch of cinnamon and cane sugar on them. Bon appetite. Ive been drinking tea and water much more. I learned that if I feel hungry, i test it by drinking water..wait 20 minutes.. If Im still hungry after drinking water, im hungry. If not, I was just dehydrated. I eat snacks but not in between meals.. I eat them all on the same plate. Not in between. :) Some things I desire to tweak: Less starch, PROTEIN. OMG, cardio and strength training exercises, and WATERWATERWATERWATERWATER. Caesar dressing is so tart. Bleh.
