Update From Kids Pastor Brent Moxey: It’s over, it’s ALL OVER. Well, Fall Break that is. Don’t worry, lots of exciting things to look forward to. We’ll continue our journey through the Old Testament in Kid’s Ministry at West Ridge Church. (FYI, we’re all the way up to 1 Samuel and having a BLAST). This week in Kid Quest Xtreme (KQX) we will be bringing in a Petting Zoo of animals. KQX is for the kids of any Team West Ridge Volunteers who stay for 2 services on a Sunday morning. The kids attend KidQuest during one of the hours and attend KQX for the other service. WHAT?!?! Your kid’s don’t attend KQ? They’ll miss the petting zoo….NOOOOO!!! Here’s all you have to do to start having your kids be a part of KQX…are you ready? Wait for it, wait for it….SERVE. All you have to do is volunteer somewhere on Sunday morning and your kids are instantly eligible. You can get involved in any ministry by filling out the ‘Get Connected’ card in the Ministry Guide on Sunday morning. There are even some new opportunities to serve at our 12:30pm service, which means you would get to worship at 10:45am.
