Update... Good news... God has answered prayers and deserves all the praise! Daddys surgery went better than expected! Instead of a 5-7 hour surgery it was only a couple hours and the repair went well. They replaced the displaced rod with a longer one that fused up one more vertebrae on the left side only. She did not have to touch the rod on the right side at all but she did put a support bracket between the two rods. We are waiting for him to go back to his room out of recovery and if he feels better tomorrow then he may be able to go home then. I am so thankful for all the prayers and support and honestly I have felt the loving peace of the Lord this morning that only He can provide :).
