Gluten free sandwich. Bread 1Cup warm milk(110°) I use unsweetened. Almond milk. 1/4 sugar 2 1/4 teaspoon active. Dry yeast. 2 1/2 gluten free bread blend 1 teaspoon. Salt 1/4 melted butter cooled 2Eggs I add 1teaspoon. Xanthan Gum Combine milk and activities yeast in a bowl set aside 10mins. Combine flour blend and salt. Sugar and Xanthan Gum: beat with stand mixer on low speed. Gradually add yeast mixture.. until well blended. Then add butter and eggs beat. Scraping bowl occasionally. Until well mixed. Incease speed to high. Beat about 3 mins. Or until batter is very. Smooth. Cover let rise. In warm place 1hr. To make rolls I use a donut pan. I grease the pan .Stir dough the try to make patties. Dough is very sticky. Cover again for 20 to 30 mins.preheat. oven to 350° Bake 28 to 32mins. In my oven it brown`s quickly. So I cover with foil after 10 mins. To slow down Browning. Cool completely. On a cooling. Rack. To make it as a bread just put dough in a8x4 greased. Let rise the second time 20 to 30 mins covered then put into the Pan and bake for 42 to 50 mins.
