Update: I just got back from visiting Mikayla at the hospital. She is doing good. However the hole in her sinuses from where they went in for surgery is not closing like they thought. So either Wednesday or Thursday Mikayla will be going in for another surgery to repair that hole. Possibly using a skin graph from her belly to put up there. She may also have to have a lumbar puncture to remove access fluid from her spine. But overall she is doing good. Today she ate lasagna , garlic bread, pears and a chocolate ice cream cone. She also got her hair done. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers for Mikayla and her family ♡
