Update: RJ has to go back to Atlanta August 5th for a Pediatric - TopicsExpress

Update: RJ has to go back to Atlanta August 5th for a Pediatric Cardiac Catheterization. This is where a catheter with a balloon at its tip passed into the narrowed area and slowly inflated to try to widen that area. If that doesnt work then they will place stainless steel wire mesh tubes, called stents, in the narrowed pulmonary artery to keep it open. The final resort would be to open RJ back up. In the meantime, we were recently told that we would have to find another pediatrician. Not good timing at all. The parents are still in need of transportation to get back and forth from Savannah to Atlanta. Mary is working a minimum wage job while Rashade is still looking for work. They do not receive disability for RJ as they are still waiting on the claim to be processed and approved five months later. I take care of RJ because he cannot be around other children, especially babies, since they are carriers of diseases. The pediatrician stated that he would not administer the RSV shot until RJ was a year old. As of right now, they are looking for another pediatrician who will care for RJ with his heart condition. Please help this young family in need!!! They need to receive some relief!!! Thank you!!!!
